    Default Grad gift

This is the top of a quilt I made for my granddaughter's high school graduation gift. I got the pattern for the pieced hearts online but made the piano key border out of the same fabrics I used in the hearts.
Haven't started quilting it yet. Was thinking about stitching in the ditch between the blocks to stabilize, then putting a stippling stitch around the outside of each heart. From there I have no clue. Maybe I can get some ideas?

Cute top! Outline stitching the hearts and a background stipple or meander sounds good.

If it were me, I would put the stitching guide on my walking foot and do diagonal straight stitch about 1.5" maximum apart, one direction only edge to edge, it would give it a puffy look and be so pretty. I love your quilt.
