I haven't bought on ebay for years, but I thought they only used Paypal. I won't give out my credit card either. Great looking fabric though at great prices.

I just checked ebay policies. The credit card # goes to ebay, not to the seller. That is safer IMO. May have to buy some of this fabric.

I phoned with my credit card info and gave it directly to a person. So it wasn't emailed. That makes it at least as secure as handing it to a sales clerk. This seller has an excellent ebay rating, and he wouldn't have that if there were anything hinky about his billing.
