Just returned from a three-day mini retreat with three friends including one member of this board. What a great and productive time we had. One was a new quilter and the reason for the retreat was to give her all the attention three "old" quilters could give. She came away with one complete quilt done and it was beautiful. I did a table runner some mug rugs and a charity quilt top. Lots of great chuckles and some good food. My spirits are lifted. More later about what was happening at my house while I was gone.

How fun that sounds! I hope to go to a retreat this October by our guild (my first). Do share some pictures if you have some!
