I just love to have new quilting tools, but I have a small purple gripper tool that won't grip! This is supposed to work with a small ruller. Does anybody have some hints on how to make the suction work again?

Moisten the rim just a bit - wet your finger, run it around the edge of the suction cup. Ta da - there you go - suction again!

I have the little one also, and it doesn't grip as well as the larger one.

I will try that Linda, I've tried moistening the whole area, but doesn't hold the grip, thanks for the suggestion.

I will try it too. I really like it for little, square rulers.
