I purposely don't buy Halloween candy until just a day or two before the event. Otherwise, I will eat all of it.

Oh I know!! You wouldn't believe how many times I stocked up early only to have to run out again and again!
    Not this year hahaha
I'll buy candy with coconut b/c I don't like it.
    We'll see what happens lol

I use a fat quarter, cut 3" off the long side to make the handles with then just fold what's left in half, sew the bottom and sides, hem the top and attach the handles. Or sometimes I just make a 15" wof cut, cut it in half for two bags and add grosgrain ribbon for handles. This is her last year for class parties so sometime within the next year I'll probably be selling the rest of my Halloween fabric.
I dont like the demonic stuff either. I was brought up with the "real" Hallowe'en (the Irish one) and it has nothing to do with that at all. We used to just disguise ourselves with scraps from the rag box, and collect apples and nuts door to door!

I made my DGS a pillowcase with Halloween candy printed fabric. I also have a quilt from the "Strip Search" pattern. I've made several tablerunners, too. I'll post pictures as soon as I figure it all out.

I made this for my partner in the September Doll Quilt swap. Fun to make and she loved it.

I got a 5 fat quarter bundle of Halloween fabric and Joanne's and bought 7 other coordinating fat quarters. I want to use the Yellow Brick road pattern to make a lap quilt. It may not be done by this Halloween though! LOL!
