Halloween Witch Wall Hanging

Need help finding this crochet pattern again. It was posted by one of the board members. I ordered the pattern in Oct 2012, but my computer crashed an I losted the pattern. Can someone tell me where it was purchased from.

This is so cute. Have you looked into dropbox to store your patterns and other goodies? I put everything in dropbox and now if (and probably when) my puter crashes I still have all my "stuff".
