    Default Hand piecing

    Just wondering, is it necessary to clip off the points when done a block?

    it is always a good idea to reduce bulk by clippping off dogears. seems like such a little thing, but I've done two quilts where I collected them in a vase and it Really adds up

    I trim dog ear points whether hand or machine piecing.
