Our local shop has these cute reusable bags. If you use it, you get to put your name in a drawing once a month for free products. If I go in the store and not take my bag out of my purse and fill it up, that bag whines so loud the police show up thinking someone's car alarm went off. I mean, with a whiny bag like that what else is one to do but fill it up?

Once and only once, a very long time ago, I spent lots of time in a quilt shop and walked out without buying a thing. I didn't know what was wrong with me, but I am now cured.

Going into a fabric shop for just one thing is like trying to eat only one potato chip. It's impossible! I fabrics can talk and call out to me, "take me home with you."

Like that new car smell.. almost intoxicating..

So typical to walk away with a bag in hand and think. "Nope , should have picked that up too".
Or going to a doll show and leaving without buying a single doll . I do know how you feel.

OMG, so true, I find I fall in love with fabrics over and over again, and now have two or three fat quarters of the same fabric. Oh well, some day I will need those fat quarters and I will have plenty
