make a block with the silhoulette of their childs face or hands etc . Remember I'm new at this,. I just saw a quilt on site with black silhouettes of cats on it. And it brought to mind when my family went to Disney and had or silhouettes done. Do it on paper first for your template.& your ready to go. :?:

I've never done it on a quilt ... but I remember doing the silhouette thing in school when I was a little girl...first grade I think.

I have not done this on a quilt, but it would be great to throw one in on a kids quilt. It would be personalized just for them. It could even be on the back and you could write a message to them on it.

Cute idea. I may have to try it with my grandchildren. It would be fun to make a quilt for my DH with silhoulettes of all the grandkids. Thanks!

I've done that.. well a miniature version. :)

I have my daughters hand prints and silhouette almost ready to go onto a quilt.

This is the one I did.
