Karla, I haven't had any problems with them....I order once a month...
1 piece of fabric had a flaw in it and I called them and they replaced it immediately. Told me to keep or donate the 3 yard piece that was flawed.

I order from them pretty regularly and have never had a problem. I also use the free freight and quality is good.

I ordered some fabric from them just last week, on 9/21, and I received the order on 9/24. I really didn't expect to receive it so soon, but was pleasantly surprised. However, I won't expect them to deliver that fast every time I order from them.

I, too, have ordered from them fairly regularly the past year and love their fast service. I once rec'd a 3yd piece I did not order and they immediately shipped what I ordered and told me to keep or donate the 3yd piece sent in error. I signed up for their email notices - big mistake, that's how I know of their sales and they gladly take my order and money every time (-; (I guess if that REALLY bothered me, I'd unsubscribe to their emails, hu?)
