I tried them and did not like them at all. All that mess after pulling of the paper and the little bits that stayed behind. YUK! I get perfect half square tris by making them a little bit larger and squaring them up after sewing. It takes a little more time but perfect every time. No paper mess and the money spent on paper can be spent on FABRIC!

I just made a quilt last year using Thangles, I love them too, I am making two quilts this year with them. The first one is my picture. These make quilting so easy and help you learn accuracy. This is a great way for a newbie to take up quilting

I haven't used Thangles, but I have used Triangles on a Roll which I believe is nearly the same thing. I made this wall hanging one day while playing around with T on R just to see if it was easier. It was!
The colors look faded in this pic, but you get the idea.
