I have a pair of Cutco Scissors that I cut mine with.

That is so funny to see this post, because my DH just got mine cut today, and he used a circular saw. I know how to use one, but he needed to change the blade, so I had him cut it. Now I need to glue it to a board and attach it to a turntable. Then I will have a 24 inch rotating cutting board. I am so excited.

I love this. You ladies are so creative. I don't understand the turntable cutting mat. Does anyone have a picture?

I used repeated passes with a utility knife. It worked well and gave me good clean edges.

I use a kitchen scissors and that worked well. I cut my old mats up and use them for the bottom of purses.
