    There is a web site, www.missingfabrics.com that will post a picture of the fabric you are looking for. Quilt shops from all over the country check this site and will contact you by email if they have the fabric you are looking for.

    for future reference, if you ever need to find a fabric and know what you're looking for, contact the manufacturer and they can tell you what stores in your area carry it. I ran into this when I was finishing my son's quilt and needed a little more but the LQS didn't want to order a bolt just for me (no, I don't shop there much anymore...only when I'm desparate). RJR was very helpful.

    Thanks so much. I have learned a lot in this process and plan on passing all this info onto the girls at the quild. You never know who will need something they don't have. Thanks again
