The May/June Quiltmaker mag? They have some really nice quilt patterns in it. I usually don't buy this mag, but I like several in this issue so I bought one.

Yes, it is the first of that one I purchased in ages. I agree there are several nice quilts in there. Filed away for "whenever".

i don't buy them anymore either. i have so many older ones that i can't even get through. and there is so much available online, i can't see the need to buy more. but when you get a quilt from the magazine made, please let us know that's where you got it when you show us your pictures.

I bought it yesterday, although I dislike mags. sealed in plastic -- you can't leaf through them before you buy. But it does have the CD with 10 bonus block patterns and they're nice ones. Also, it felt like free because I had just 'sold' a grocery sack full of books to the store, so the mag. was essentially free.

Mine wasn't sealed in plastic so I didn't get the CD.

this is one of the very few subscriptions I have kept over the years. I tend to want to make at least one per issue. Whether I actually do or not is a different story!
