Hawaii Applique Class
Sorry if this has been discussed lately but I'm going to Hawaii and wanted to take a class in Hawaiian applique...does anyone have any suggestions of a quilt shop teaching or a person that would teach....I'll be in Honolulu...Thanks for any help..

There are Hawaiian quilting classes given by Poakalania & Co. They have classes every Sat. from 9:30 to 11:30. Here's a link to their site http://poakalani.net/hawaiian-quilting-classes-4/

I took an online class from Nancy Lee Chong of the Pacific Rim Quilt co. It was amazing! We learned to design our own Hawaiian Quilt. I believe you can get this on dvd now , check out her website. I am a huge fan of this kind of quilt.
