I just read on another message board that Hayloft Fabric Store in Morgantown, PA is closing! The grocery store/building they are above has been sold and the new owners are not interested in having the fabric store there. Supposedly starting a 25% off sale on Monday. They need to be out of their location by November 7.

So anyone planning a trip to Lancaster in the next few weeks would be well advised to stop there soon!

Thank you. We are actually going to be there the first week of October. Hopefully I will be able to get there to check it out.

I was at Hayloft yesterday with my quilting group. I had a hard time believing they were really closing down, but they confirmed it. It's just so sad. Hayloft is the best place around to find anything you need(and at a reasonble price). I don't know why they don't relocate to someone near there. It seems to be profitable businesss.

That is really too bad. I have ordered from them before, I have found fabric that was hard to find from them.

OMG!!! I am shocked! I can't believe they wouldn't relocate to another building.

My friend and are were planning on going very soon, I guess we won't put it off much longer.

I heard that they may relocate but no specific plans yet. Hopefully they will.

Hayloft is always a stop on my Lancaster trips, always found something different, interesting or inexpensive. Have to see if I can fit in a day trip there, not that I need anything but I like their fabrics and prices.
