I think you can order through your janome dealer. . It won't fit the blue hello kitty machine, but it should fit the green one.

My GD has a Singer sewing machine & it has the fingerguard on it already....it may be a toy but it really sews!

DGD had a Janome Gem but wanted the Hello Kitty sewing machine. It is a great machine to be so cute. One thing to know before buying it, there are two versions. One is a 1/2 size Hello Kitty and is a toy machine. Don't buy that expecting it to be a good machine. The real machine is 3/4 size and more expensive then the toy one. Several guild members have them to bring to classes. It's super lightweight.

This information is great! Thank you all. I did get the 3/4 Hello Kitty green machine and went to the Janome site. I hope the finger guard they show will fit and I can get it at a local shop. I will call tomorrow. I'll let you know. Gerry
