I like A too, but I agree with binding with rust. Very pretty quilt.

The quilt is beautiful. I like the rust. While the green is really nice, my preference would be to put the rust next to the quilt. When it is seperated from the quilt by the green it pulls my attention to the outside border instead of framing the quilt and keeping the attention on it.

I like B better. I would bind in another color other than the cream. The cream will show dirt faster than another color.
