Well I will weigh in for Block A it will look great with the two rows of color set off by the black print in the overall design. I'm not much of a pinwheel person.

Edit: Well, that was before I saw D. Like both B and D. May have a slight preference for D; a little more "gravitas" with the darker color in the center and rays of sun emanating from it.
