Huh. Whaddya know - you're right! I never looked at that part. Okay, I concede - the border way IS easier.

But y'all DID learn something new, right?

Lol...I just noticed this was already mentioned...I tried to delete, but it won't let me, so editing. I have learned SO much on this board from all of you!!!

You can "uncheck" all borders equal and set side borders to "0" to accomplish uneven borders easily.

Yes Peggi, this old dog learned a new trick. NOW if I can ONLY remember it the next time I have this problem.

I just installed my EQ7 for mac yesterday. Bookmarked this thread for future ref. You lades are so helpful. Played around a little with it yesterday. Am glad this ? came up as the quilt I have been commissioned to do is in the planning stage and the center block is going to be bigger than all the rest.

You could always print it out and stick it in your EQ manual...
