It's so cute, love the colors! I would unsew and make bigger corner pieces and triangles.

Yes, you will never be happy if you don't cut new pieces. The existing pieces that are too small can be used in another project.

I'm a fairly newby, but I wonder what would happen if you would sew a tiny - 1/4" border around the blocks. That way you would not need to redo everything. Does that make sense?

it looks great! If you have enough fabric, definitely re-do it! ;0) It will be worth it . . ;0)

Go with the good advice here on QB. Lovely quilt. I like the colors.

That's a really cute quilt. I too, try to cut my triangle blocks larger than they are suposed to be and then trim them down later. Learned from experience.

I can't believe it, but I just made the same "miscalculation" on setting triangles today. I don't have enough fabric to recut, so I used the little bit of bkg I had left to cut a 1 inch strip which I sewed on to the straight of grain side of the triangle. I had just exactly enough fabric to add the strips, but actually it doesn't look too bad. Now if I can keep my big mouth shut and not point out the error maybe folks will believe I did this on purpose!!! LOL Thanks for posting the site with the sizing chart. I've got it book marked. Donna

I overcut mine, too, but it's because I like to float my blocks inside the border. As adorable as this quilt is, I think you'd be lots happier if you re-did it. But, just my 2 cents worth...
