Default Help, honey I shrunk the Margarita Sunrise!

The pattern Margarita Sunrise was a free pattern from Hoffman fabrics made by the talented designers at Cozy Quilt shop that produces a lot of tube strip quilt patterns.
https://www.google.com/search?q=Marg...sAQIGw#imgrc=_
So I struggled with shrinking the pattern in half. Found that using 1.5" cut strips and the background cut to 2" came out perfect. But can't decide on the fabric for the setting triangles. Making this for a friend who is not a board member and her favorite color is purple. This is a fun quilt to make because the seams do not have to match up like the Walk in the Park quilt pattern.

oooh, how pretty!!
(sigh) Add one more pattern to my never-ending list.

If all my quilting "bucket list" stuff would prevent me from dying, I'd live for eternity!

i like any or all of your setting fabrics... i think the lighter purple looks good because it does not take away from the blocks

Love the colors. I think I prefer the setting squares on the left.

I like both setting fabrics. Perhaps alternate them? One, then the other, then the first, etc. Just my thought.

Love the colors! Turquoise and purple are so yummy together.

Love your choice of fabric and pattern. It's going to be a beautiful quilt.
