Help identifying antique pattern
I have been organizing my Mom's house and came across an old antique quilt she purchased 30 years ago from a resale shop. She has no information on it at all and I thought it would be nice to figure out the block name and possible the era. I have been searching star pattern variations and can not find anything close to the pattern anywhere. Looking for help to see if it has a name or if this is a unique pattern. It is hand pieced and quilted. Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

The pattern is known as nosegay or bride’s (or bridal) bouquet. Here is some information from Barbara Blackman: https://encyclopediaquiltpatterns.bl...r-nosegay.html
I would guess that some of the blocks in your Mom’s quilt were pieced in the 30’s or 40’s, but some were likely made much later.
