    Just google trellis patterns until you find one you like.

    The original pattern is called Around the Twist by Trudie Hughes. When I first started quilting she was very well know as a top quilters. She was the quilter who came up with how to cut half square triangles by adding 7/8" to make them the right size. If you can find any of her books they are still a great reference with some wonderful quilts.

    That "free" Garden Twist pattern is not the complete pattern. It says to make the basic quilt, then follow this pattern to make the scalloped border. I know because I tried it. I was lucky enough to find the basic pattern in a quilters resale store. Still haven't made it though.
