It's a good design - I think the black, blue, red, peach(?), and white one shows off the subtleties of the design best.

That's the first thing I thought of, too.

The interesting thing is that the yellow catches your eye so much, that I didn't even see the orange blocks at all until I was trying to visualize it with a different color than yellow. The white surrounding the yellow automatically makes me think of sunnyside up eggs. It would be interesting to see the pattern using different colors.

I see the white pieces which switch orientations. I think of "this way and that"
When my mother was really busy she'd say she was"turning two corners at once." I think the purple pieces are turning two corners at once!
