Patchork and Quilting in Greece.
I am making a double wedding ring quilt with a centre medallion for my niece's wedding at the end of June.
Her maternal grandma is from Greece. I am looking for an idea to put on the back to represent Greece.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions. Front of quilt has a rose because she is English and a thistle as he comes from Scotland. Grandparents would be a bottle kiln for one set of grandparents stuck on Greece.

My husband is Greek and his parents are from Rhodos in a little town called Malona. When we visit in the summer, I am always struck by the beautiful tile and pottery patterns available. Perhaps something like that on the back? Then it could be reversible?
BTW - LOVE your puppy - is that a Bijon? My quilting companion is my small Bijon Wilfred who sits on my feet when I sew....
