One is the Supreme Slider - http://www.freemotionslider.com/
There are others that are less expensive, and other materials you can use. I've used a piece of clear vinyl and that works fairly well.

I have one but didn't notice that much ease from just using my machine as usual. There is a 'wax' type treatment that is also sold that really makes a difference from www.sewverysmooth.com

I just purchased the queen-size Supreme Slider and really like it. I searched the Internet for a bit and found a great price for it and the Quilt Halo ring. The backing of the slider must have been improved as it really grips. Other threads I've read mention that it gets caught in the quilt sandwich at times, but I've had no issues.
