What kind of batting are you using? It doesn't usually stick well to poly (at least from my experience).

did you shake the can for 2 minutes per instructions? I use June Tailor all the time and have never had trouble with either poly or cotton batting. You may have a bad can....take it back and ask for a new one or money back.

I dislike the June Tailor stuff because you have to use 100% Cotton fabric & batting, so if it's something like Hobbs Heirloom 80/20, it just won't stick.

I use the 80/20 stuff most of the time and have no problems....I would suggest taking it back for a new can.

Hmmm I had to buy June Tailor stuff because that was all they had. It sticks to the poly I used just fine.

Spray the top and not the batting.
