It looks like it is a variation of a New York beauty quilt. The is a group on here doing a new york beauty with a link to free patterns. http://www.lenzula.de/en/pattern/fre...ty.html‎. Hopefully the link will work. I was going to work with the group on here but life got in the way and I haven't started yet. I think the group started in October. They have some really pretty blocks posted.

You could possibly adapt this design if you learn how to do American Beauty patterns. - whoops, New York Beauty which Cheryl Phillips has on her website. Very nice quilt.
