I have a brother he-120 and she is very finicky. She hates all the lint from pre-cut jelly rolls. It literally gums up the machine so bad that the needle freezes and the emergency thing activates. Does anyone else battle this with pre-cuts? How do you de-lint those dusty strips?

Oh how funny ! I thought I was the only one that likes to just look at jelly rolls...I have 3 and admire them every day...need the nerve to just jump in and do something with them. Saw in a flyer that Joanns is having labor day sale and fq's and other pre cuts are 50% off...hopefully I'll have another jelly roll to admire !

I have some older Moda Charm packs and I can't bring myself to use them! They sit on the shelf and I bring them out and flip through them everynow and then and then I put them back. Haven't found a pattern that deserves them yet!!!!

OMG we are a pitiful lot!! Believe me, this is the pot calling the kettle black.

I have used a couple of charm packs and jelly rolls. I just clean the bobbin area every hour or so and have not had a real lint problem. I do sneeze alot when sewing them.

The pre-cuts that I have seen lately at Joanne's have been of such poor quality that the 50% off still doesn't make them a bargain to me. They would be fine if you just want them for decoration, however.

 yep, I understand. I was just looking for something and realized that I had 2 identical charm packs with the matching panel and the fat quarter bundle of an older Moda collection. OBVIOUSLY, I was gonna do something with them! (ps: I didn't even have them together! Charms were with other charms, panel with other panels and FQs with other FQs!!!)
