That's a challenge. Are they isolated enough to cut sq/rectangles? Maybe fussy cut and applique? If they're not isolated, maybe fussy cut with enough space to add white around them to make a square/rectangle? The angel doesn't have to be centered.

Just some brainstorming.

That is probably what I would do - fussy cut the angels, add sashing and build a quilt around those squares or rectangles.

You could do a Diamond Patch quilt. Fussy cut the angle squares. http://www.anniescatalog.com/detail....15&cat_id=1744

This is my version of the Diamond Patch.

Someone posted pictures of a Santa fabric fussy cut to be the center for a star table runner. It was very pretty and you could use the Angel for the fussy cut instead.

Cut them apart - sew the angels on to a background fabric, stuff them, and use them as ornaments.

If they're large enough, you could also use them for backings (with or without borders), for lap quilts or sofa throws. For the front, maybe applique a coordinating angel.

How about the window design with angel in some windows and a winters scene in some of the others. If you don't have a complete angel can hide it behind the window post.

Cut the angels into squares and make them the center of star blocks.

I think if you really like the fabric angel, why not make an ornament with it? There are a few ways to do that with sewing or with decoupage.
