Default Hexagons

I was just given the privilege to pre shop a garage estate sale while they are prepping for sale,.Oh, my goodness the wonderful quilt fabric I bought, along with a large tote of pieced items that need to be finished..including over 80 pieced sections for grandmothers flower garden..and about a gazillion hexagons..I’ll have to face the challenge to put the pieced sections together! But my big question is are there other patterns to make besides the flower garden?

Check out Kate's you tube (The Last Homely House). She actually has a lot of information about English Paper Piecing & the quilt for her granddaughter is absolutely beautiful. It reminds me of a Monet painting. She's put together a play list of her EPP with lots of valuable information.
If you do a google search for English Paper Piecing patterns with hexagons & look at images, you will see lots of variations.

I like the look of hexies in a color gradient. check this rainbow example.
Hexagon Rainbow Quilt - Etsy
or how about a cute smaller project (or expand on it to make something bigger)
Hexie Owl Applique - Etsy

Enjoy your new treasures!

We all have this same problem.

I never do hexies. Can't figure out how to sew them on a machine.
