Red face Hexie Tutorial that was about 2 weeks ago

    ***
About 2 weeks ago some one put up a link with a tutorial on Hexies.

It was an older lady and she was hand sewing them & giving instructions as she went along.

We were having a storm at the time and had to shut down the computer and lost the link.

    Does anyone remember it?

If so I would like to see it again.

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks dakotamaid but that is not the one.

This was a blue link and the lady was using paper in the hexies.

I have tried finding it here in advanced using "Hexie Tutorial" & "Tutorials" and cannot find it.

It was not a main header - it was put in someones answer.

It was probably Sue Daley. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nqa70gU-E9U

I glue baste the hexies like she does. There is no problem with removing the paper at all. Right now the Sewline glue pen is on sale at Quilt in a Day with one refill. It is worth buying if you make a lot of hexies.

The Sue Daley one was very informative. I liked the lock knot she showed as well as how to sew them together.

I remember seeing this tute also and think it is Brandysquiltpatterns.com On her order page under the hexagons is a GRANDMOTHERS FLOWER GARDEN video. Click on that and it takes you to the video of the lady working on the hexagons.
