Has anyone purchased from Hittle wholesale sewing supplies. They have rotary blade replacements on sale and accuquilt go for 244.00. there is no shipping for over 100 but there is no return on the cutter. I want to order but need to know if this is a reputable company to order from.

I called the company and the man was very polite. He said these are new machines not refurbished. If there is a mfg. defect accuquilt has a warranty. It has to be sent to or dealt with accuquilt not Hittle wholesale.

That's where I got mine. They were a teeny bit long winded (and I may have been a teeny bit impatient) but I got a fast answer to my email and got my Go/Cutters with no regrets.

Very reputable people. You'll have no problem dealing with them.

They are a very reputable company :D:D:D

I think for warranties, you usually are directed by to the manufacturer for most purchases..

If the box is at all damaged, I wouldn't accept it

I have ordered from them twice and their prices are the best around - hands-down The webiste, however, stinks. hard to search for things and pages are so long you get lost. But it's a wholesale place, so whatever. They also send a "free item" with every order, one of which was a color of thread I was just going out to buy. shipping is a flat rate of 6.70.

I love this company and have placed several orders with them. Their rotary blades are a great deal and last a long time, so you won't be disappointed :)

I also have placed several orders with them. They run great weekly specials. Just get on their mailing list. I have been very pleased with them. They do have a minimum shipping cost so get several items at a time.
