Hmmmm...Anyone dealt with Cherished Pieces Online Store??
I received notification that I had won a $10 virtual gift certificate for Cherished Pieces (which happens to be located in Canada--actually about a 4-5 hour drive from me) on April 23. This was for the March Fab Shop Hop. I immediately went to the site and placed an order. A few days later, I got a confirmation email, that they were checking their inventory and would email me with paypal payment instructions when they had verified that the product I had ordered, was actually still available (yep started to wonder at that point but no money had changed hands so wasn't too worried). On May 2, I got an email with payment instructions and I immediately made my payment thru Paypal and received an email from Paypal, that my payment had been made. Since then, I have heard NOTHING from Cherished Pieces and have not received anything.
Just fired off my second email to them, asking about my order status. So far, their customer service leaves quite a bit to be desired.

I am about a 20 min. drive away from Cherished Pieces. It is a wonderful stores. I am sure if you call Cynthia, she will sort this out for you. She has always had great customer service and I am sure you will have what you ordered soon.
