Thanks for the gigantor laugh! Believe me, we are kindred spirits, although you're a much braver soul than I. I'd post pics of mine but I'm too embarrassed. I've got a sewing room and a second room just for fabric....but I am working on getting them organized. On the plus side....you have some really nice things!...Keep us posted on the progress..ok?

Thinks for being there for me cause now I understand I am not the only one who loves to shop shop shop and buy buy buy anything that has to do with sewing and crafts

I'd love to help you organize this stash! You have a great space you just need more shelving. It would be a challenge and a great feeling of accomplishment when done. You should post some after photos.

Oh Thank you, I thought I wAS THE ONLY ONE. It is wonderful to see that you can still accomplish all the great things you do while working around a pile like mine. it is like going on safari when I hunt for things. maybe it satisfies a hidden desire to travel.. Thanks again

I agree. As you start putting things back in place use some of your empty boxes in the hall and put the stuff you plan to sell. That way everything you plan on using is in the room you are going to sew in.

I have a room that looks very similar. I just showed my husband your picture and he said I need to post a picture of my room. No way! A second bedroom that I use for actually sewing is not quite as bad but not good. Too much stuff in it, also. Good luck on the organizing. I will be doing the same thing soon because I will be retiring in a couple of month. Until then, it's just too overwhelming to attempt on weekends because I keep my grandbaby. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you and me.
