Not sure about Hobbs, but Overstock.com and Walmart online. The quilt quild in my area gets their batting at Walmart 80/20 96'' under 100. and free shipping. Just watch the prices change about every week.

I purchased a roll from Kingsmen on Monday afternoon and it was delivered Wednesday afternoon to my doorstep!
