You can find cow fabric on ebay. A friend of mine loves cows also and has a "stash" of cow fabric so her mom can make her a quilt. I just got her a piece at Hancock Fabrics.

I got some real pretty cow material at Walmart and Hancock also sold it. It is Holstein cows with red poppies. They also had a pillow panel, some print with just hooves, just poppies and then some with the cows in a pasture with a barn and poppies. It was real pretty. I made a star type quilt with the cow's face fussy cut so they were centered in the star and then cut regular pieces for the points. It was designed by Patty Reed Designs for Fabric Traditions. It says 2006 but you might still be able to find some. It really made a cute quilt.
