I'm working on the center panel for a RR. Used the pattern block, Honey Bee.....old timey block but I used bright colors on a white background instead of 1930's prints and I like how it turned out.

Tula Pink has a very cute design that is picture in frames hanging from a wall. You need some big prints-------------her sample is big prints of flowers. Looks to be fairly simple. But eye catching

I am thinking of rocking my quilt show with a large canvas sporting McKenna Ryan patterns (several that go together).
No sewing, just major fusing. Just for fun.

I am seeing many, many and often too many variations on the New York Beauty. I am now bored with them. I also am seeing lots of curves. Great skill for the advanced quilter.

Modern quilt patterns seem to be the new thing. I think the quilting on a modern quilt is the big thing.

Trends come and go........if it is a quilt you are going to keep, I would do something You Love, why waste time on something you are not going to like 10 years down the road, not to mention money on fabric, etc. jmho, Jennifer

OMG!! Thank you, Lynn, I fell heads over heels in love with this site!! (Thank God I live far away from it!) Their photos are crisp and clear and SO colorful! Love the fabrics and their samples are to die for! Just exclamation marks everywhere, so fun!! Can't wait to explore further and order from them.
