Yes, just use a pressing clothe and some steam, and you might be able to lessen the creases.

Laminating sounds good. Maybe keep using the pant hanger you have it on and attach it to the wall with a string or ribbon. That way you could just turn it over while it still hangs on the wall. Like an Open and Close sign does. You'll have to twist it back the way it came each time to keep from knotting up the string.
