How do I quilt a Sunbonnet Sue?

I have made several Sunbonnet Sues. I like to echo once around the Sue and then FMQ Flowers, Grass, Clouds, etc in the rest of the block. I have also stippled and think it looks great.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions and Misskira for the link. You've all convinced me I can echo around Sue and it will look fine. And pollyjvan I just realized that's a Sunbonnet in your avatar! How can I enlarge the pic to look at it?

I hve to go with the echo quilting. I wouldn't want to take away from the design of Sue herself.
