    Just got some Borax... We'll see how that works and I'll let you know...

    I did OxyClean and some bleach, plus detergent (I use Era)- soak for 1/2 hour or more in hot water. Wash normally.

    I never had "bad" mildew, just light, and this has worked for me.

    And the winner is.... the Mules!!! 20 Mule Team Borax did it with the exception of the poly/cotton. I let it soak for a couple hours along with a liquid detergent, rinsed well and dried and it is OK!

    This has been a 'real' learning experience. One of many more to come! Blessings to all!!

    wash the materal then take it out side in the sun and let it dry. i did this with old blocks and it work for me, hope it works for you.
