I got mine in for Christmas and am trying to figure it out. I want to alternate 2 blocks to look like a picture I saw. I got the square within a square block so far, but would really like a nine patch within the middle square. Will read some more before I get too frustrated.

    I've been playing!! See!! :-D

I had to create the block I wanted for the log cabin--that's my next quilt, well one I'll work on along with others. I love the applique' look, but don't know if I'm up to it. The baby quilt is just playing with two blocks. I picked many out of Marsha McCloskey's Block Party book and stuck them in the scrapbook so I could play with color ideas.

Pretty Karla. I love your log cabin quilt!!! That's a beautiful layout!! I haven't gotten very far with my EQ I watched a couple of the video's but haven't played yet. I'm hurting today, don't feel like doing much of anything.

Woo Hoo Barnbum!!! Isn't it easier to play with the log cabin blocks with this? So much easier on the knees and back, that alone can easily pay for the program :D:D:D

YES! I spent hours on the floor deciding on the design for my last one. I had to photograph each idea, then turn 80+ blocks again. This is much easier! :-D

Whohoo! You have been busy! I have finished chapter 1 and started 2, have about 13 quilts saved, haven't figured out how to share them with you yet....course they aren't anything but practice, so maybe not sharing yet is a good thing. lol
