For family and commissions I am making from baby to king. When I had quilts in a shop, the recliner throw [72"'x72"] sold in a week. The double sized stayed there for a year. When I went to reclaim it the new manager call it an extreamly big quilt. Since then my daughter [who is great at finding trends] has said if I want to get a booth at next years State fair I should stick with the recliner throws. People will commission something bigger. I am going to take her advice.

I make all the sizes. If someone wants a king, queen, twin, throw or baby thats what I make. Most of my quilts I have the person that wants one to pick out the pattern and I give it a try. They may not be made perfect but they are made with love. :)

I have done the same and I am thinking of doing a queen QAYG for my niece. I seem to do more QAYG as it is a lot easier for me to sew instead of fighting the sewing machine which takes a lot out of me.

Most of mine are either cuddle or full size quilts, and baby quilts. Have done a couple of twin, working on a King size now. That will determined if I want to do anymore King. I do my own quilting (no long arm). Havent yet tried the QAYG method, but it is on my agenda :)
