I have just bought all four of Rhonda's ebooks because I know you never stop learning and this lady sure knows what she is doing.

My grandma taught me the nine patch and tieing years ago but from there I have been on my own.

Self taught, however I'm always searching the internet for tutorials and seeking hints/advice from this board. I've probably learned the most from all the questions/advice posted here!

I go to a quilting 'class' on Wed. afternoons from 1-3:30 p.m. We can work on what we want and there is always someone there to assist, either the owner/instructor or another quilter. Also a good social outlet!!

Self taught, but I read anything I can get my hands on, and I watch, talk, and listen to anyone and everyone. Not a day goes by that I don't learn something! And I love every minute of it.

I have more or less taught myself. I have watched programs on TV and I also have taken lessons from the LQS. (:

Self taught for me. I've read lots of books and magazines; watched tv shows, etc. My mom did a little bit of quilting - mostly string quilts to use up scraps from sewing. I enjoy talking to other quilters and getting tips from them but don't really think I would like taking classes. I kind of like checking out the pattern or instructions and then very often adding my own twist.

Self taught. Pick up hints and tips and ideas from fellow quilters, magazines, pictures and from HERE! You all have been a great inspiration!
