Default How much is a Brother Innov Stellair XJ1

Hi everyone,

I really want that machine but can't seem to find the price anywhere online in a google search. I have an opportunity to buy one that is less than a year old with a complete pkg of hoops etc. for $5500 and don't know what to do.

I did a google search for "Brother Innov Stellair XJ1" and found one site listing it for $6000, and another listing it for $11,999. (The second site is in New Zealand - converting NZD to USD gives $8,596, at today's exchange rate.)

Thank you. That may be the one I found on eBay and yes there was another at the $12,000 price so I'm thinking it's worth it but wonder why there is so much of a difference in price. I think I'm going to go with it.

Check to see if updates and/or upgrades have been done to the machine.

If upgrades ave been purchased be sure that you receive the information or the usb. They will be specific to that machine and should follow the machine.

Updates are free from the vendor site. Upgrades are purchased through the dealer.

Here is your manual too.

Check pages 15-17 to make sure you receive all the original accessorizes, hoops, and machine feet.

Check the support page as there is a software update. They are easy to do.

You will love the dual feed foot. There are additional feet than can be attached to it such as SID, 1/4 inch foot, etc.

Good luck! Give a shout if you need help!

Thank you sew much for all that information. She said her husband paid $6700 plus accessories. I'll have to ask about the things you've pointed out.

Maybe the dealer would give you the name of the previous owner, then you could talk to them about it.
