Default How Much Orvus Soap to Use

I just finished a king size quilt and will bring it to the laundromat to wash in a front loader. How much Orvus soap should I use? The quilt isn't dirty but I want to remove starch. Should I use 2 tablespoons? 3 tablespoons? Does it matter?

I believe the directions call for a tablespoon, but I always use about 2 tablespoons.

It's best not to agitate quilts, just soak them for about 10 minutes instead and spin out in each cycle (soapy and rinses).

If it's a large washer I would use 2 tbs. BTW, I always agitate my quilts, but on the gentle cycle.

Ditto with Dunster here too. My top loader has a setting "Hand Wash".
