How much of a "purist" are you?

I'm a purist, up to a point. I don't like polyester thread or batting. I do like to use wool batting, but I try to keep to cotton thread and fabric. I often will use cotton batting, preferably Quilter's Dream, but I have to admit I don't know about the composition of the scrim.
