I have always wondered, actually. I had a general idea, but it's need to see it in motion! I have an old treadle and my ggmas featherweight and each have a bunch of accessories. They are big and clunky, but it's so fun to just slowly sew and watch them work - especially the ruffler type ones. Simple mechanics, but still so cool!
