I found it!! It's called Hummer Heaven by: Lynn Lybolt
here is a link ....but from what I can see, there isn't a commercial pattern available..she made this on EQ software!

i know this doesn't help now, but when i save a picture, i title/retitle the picture with the info of where i found it ex: hummingbirds QB [insert name of member here], or hummingbirds quilterscachecom [name of website]

This is a great suggestion! I frequently save photos of quilts and never thought to do this. Thanks
